The St. John of God Autism and Early Intervention Centre in Velloor is a visionary initiative by the St. John of God Centre, an institution with over 25 years of dedicated service in the education, training, and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities.
Inaugurated on February 4, 2025, this Centre marks a significant milestone in autism care and early intervention in India. The event was graced by distinguished guests including Madam Polignac from France, who unveiled the inaugural stone, Rev. Bro. Pascal Ahodegnon, Prior General of the Hospitaller Order, who officially inaugurated the Centre by cutting the ribbon, and Mar Thomas Tharayil, Archbishop of the Changanassery Archdiocese, who ministered the blessing. Mr. Chandy Oommen, MLA of Puthuppally, delivered the presidential address.
